Biography of Natalie Kessler

Natalie Kessler is a Business Broker and M&A Advisor with First Choice Business Brokers in Panama City Beach. She specializes in small business transactions across a range of industries, with transaction sizes from $50,000 to multi-million. Her expertise spans Service, Retail, Restaurant & Hospitality, Construction, HVAC, Medical, Manufacturing, Property Management, B2B Services, Healthcare Services, Media, and more.

Before opening the First Choice Business Brokers office in Panama City Beach, Natalie co-owned and operated an outdoor advertising company along the Emerald Coast. She is a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker (Lic#3551892), an Accredited Business Intermediary (ABI) through the American Business Brokers Association, and a member of the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA).

Natalie earned her degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from the University of Dayton School of Business. She also holds a Master of Business Administration.

A resident of Panama City Beach, Natalie is actively involved in her community and serves as a mentor with Bay District Schools’ Elevate Bay Mentoring Program.
