After more than 12 years of service in the United States Air Force, David Worley brings a mission-focused mindset and disciplined approach to the First Choice Business Brokers team. As a senior leader, he built high-performing teams, developed efficient processes, and managed complex, high-stakes projects supporting critical decision-making at every level.

David holds a degree in Information Technology and has led multi-million-dollar initiatives throughout his military career, managing the full lifecycle from planning and contracting to procurement, installation, and implementation. He is known for simplifying complex challenges and aligning strategy with execution to deliver results.

At First Choice, David supports the team in preparing and organizing transactions, helping ensure each deal is documented, organized, and moving efficiently toward a successful close.
